To construct any building or house without following the legal laws is a crime under the construction laws but many people don’t follow the laws and construct the buildings and in the end laymen suffer.
This pair of skyscrapers with nearly 1,000 apartments were illegally built and a court recently ordered them demolished to teach its allegedly corrupt developers and their government backers a lesson. There were countdowns, live streaming and even viewing parties. The entire country tuned into live footage as 3,700 kilos of explosives pulverized the towers. This all came after a nine year battle with home buyers suing the development Supertech Ltd for deviating from the building plan and violating construction laws. The court ordered the company to pay the home buyers back with interest. All that's left now is 80,000 tonnes of debris to clean up.
In the same way if we talk about the construction or development laws in Pakistan, people don't abide by the laws.There are many illegally constructed buildings in Pakistan but it is hard to demolish them because people take the injunction order for the disputed property from courts and linger on the cases
