Oh! Is it true you never ever saw golden rays?
We must, at least once in a lifetime said Ray.
Umbra: I cannot, but I sense it every time within my heart. Anyway, we should get back to our dormitories else we would be punished for breaking rules. We are not free to live or even raise our eyes to see anyone around. We are just structures to follow the protocols.
Ray: What protocols? We are categorised on the basis of digits & codes. We should learn to value ourselves even to say I love you; one must find the “I”.
Umbra: True. Let’s catchup tomorrow at the valley side after work.
Colourful flowers on the greenside valley with a running river crossing the bridge. It looks mesmerising magical with full moon light. Sound of the cold breeze making dry leaves fly. Otherwise, it is dark all around without golden rays. Dear God…where I can find that golden ball to free light of our life.
Umbra: Hey! You reached early?
Ray: Nothing much... just to spend a little bit me-time.
Can I ask you something,Umbra?
Umbra: Yes of course.
Ray: You are a structure of darkness. How you sense everything?
Umbra: Dark…means black, it’s a vacuum, emptiness, hollow inside. When you are into a dark zone you become focused at a point where we can sense things.
Hey Ray…see there, at your right. Did you notice? There is something I never sensed before.
Ray: Let’s move to that strange small hut from where a stone is sparkling. Are you able to run?
Umbra: Yes! Let’s run before we get caught by protocol ministers.
Ray: Hold my hand & run faster
Umbra: Hold on! some sound is hitting my ear drums. It is night-rider ministers on inspection. Let’s hide into these tall grasses. When everything would be clear, we would cross the lane for that hut full of orange light.
After some time;
Ray: Everyone gone…let’s get into that hut. Damn! its golden balls.
Hey Umbra! Look at this golden light, feel them.
Suddenly a sound of gunshot made an echo and I found myself dead on the wooden floor.
