Dear all employees,

Advice to all:

  1. Build a home first. Whether it's a rural or urban house. Building a house at the age of 50 is not an achievement. Do not develop a habit of government houses. It is very dangerous tranquility. Give all your family members good time at your home.

  2. Go home, spend holidays, don't keep working all year round. You are not the pillars of your office. If you die today, you will be immediately replaced and work will continue, so prioritize your family first.

  3. Don't chase promotions. Acquire skill in your skills and become the best in what you do. If they want to promote you, it's okay, if they don't, stay positive for your personal development.

  4. Avoid office or work gossip and avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Do not join groups that speak ill of your seniors and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings whose agenda is only people.

  5. Don't compete with your employers, you will burn your fingers and don't compete with your colleagues, it will burn your brain.

  6. Make sure you have a side business. Your salary will not meet your needs in the long run.

  7. Save some money even if it is cut from your paycheck automatically.

  8. Take a loan to invest in a business or property, not for enjoyment and shopping, but for your business benefits. Buy things for your business benefits.

  9. Keep your life, marriage, and family private. Keep them away from your work. This is very important.

  10. Stay loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Wandering around your bus will separate you from your colleagues, and when your bus leaves from there, it will be closed after you.

  11. Retire soon. The best time to leave the job was when you received the job letter, the second best time is today, retire between 40 and 50.

  12. Be involved in welfare work and always be an active member. It will help you a lot when an event occurs.

  13. Use your holidays to prepare for your future home or project. What you do on holiday reflects what kind of life you will live after retirement. If you spend this time on watching series or movies on the internet or TV, then do not expect to be different after retirement.

  14. Start a project when you are employed, let your project run during employment, and if it does not work well, start another until something successful is going on. And when your project is going well, retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.

  15. The pension amount is not for starting a project or building a house, but it is for your care or to maintain your health. Pension amount is not for paying university fees or getting married to a young woman, it is for your care.

  16. Always remember, when you retire, never become an example of leading a sad life after retirement, become a role model for your colleagues to think about retirement too.

  17. Don't retire just because you are free or now you are a burden to the company and just wait for your death, but enjoy yourself with a cup of tea in the morning, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, buy good places that you liked earlier, and retire with youth and energy to spend good time with your family. Those who retire late, spend 95% of their time without their family and that is why it is difficult to spend time with their family when they retire, so they keep looking for another job and if they don't get another job, they die soon.

  18. Retire to your home instead of government residence so that when you retire, you can easily fit into the society you have nurtured. It is not easy to adjust to living in another place after spending more years in the company house or government house.

  19. Never forget your job benefits when you forget about your retirement. The purpose of job benefits is only to provide you comfort and to pass the time during employment. Remember, when you retire, no one will call you a boss until you have a viable business.

  20. Don't hate retirement because one day you will retire contentedly or reluctantly.

Hope these things help you see life in a positive light.
