It’s easy to be difficult but it’s difficult to be easy especially when we desire for something with all our heart & brain, and it doesn’t work. We all sail through odd and even phases of life but how do you decide which phase is dark or which one is bright? We live in cocoons of failure, diplomacy, rejection, degradation, and self-complexation with a natural peer pressure of materialistic race where we sometimes get shattered.

With questions like why this is happening to me? This happens when we are sinking into our own fearful, over-thinking bubble of thoughts where we feel uncomfortable while stepping into an unknown phase. When you focus on you, you grow. When you focus on all that’s wrong, it grows. We need to focus on solutions, and not problems.

Is God watching us or not? Have you ever noticed God or divine supreme soul started discrimination based on your life phases whether it’s good or bad? NO! We all share the same sun rays, rainwater, and the same air to breathe. When we think it’s not my choice, we deny our own development and growth planned by life. Remember not getting what you want is Lady Luck’s charm.

Everything comes with a cost to maintain a universal balance. For instance, if you are a fitness freak: there is no pleasure without pain.

Sometimes, naturally by birth we have vice versa personality traits but because of external situation of life we must take that decision or move into a direction where we never want to. Right?

Let’s get introduced to Coincidentia Oppositum. It is a Latin phrase which literally means “coincidence of opposites”. For example, Michael Maier a German physician and alchemist stresses that the union of opposites is the aim of the alchemical work - process of transformation, creation, or combination.

The law of the unity and struggle of opposites removes the illusion of finality from any organic form of existence in nature and society. It focuses on the transient nature of such forms and their transition to higher and more developed forms through the exhaustion of their potential.

The unity of opposites is not essential to conflict, but without it, there is always a danger that a character might give in or give up without seeing the conflict through, a unity of opposites which ensures that the characters cannot walk away.

In laypeople's terms, let’s take an example; imagine a few of your favourite dishes you love to eat. You are enjoying your happy meals even on official working weekdays by your choice.

Suddenly on weekend special – Two dishes of bitter melon or gourd (karela) with different combinations served to you without your choice.

Now you are hungry, and no other choices are available now. What would you like to choose?

In conditioned phases, the heart feels low, in pain, the strength to make a decision gets unbalanced, or should we accept things as they are.

But when we focus with calmness our brain would instruct:

-   Go with one of the dishes with less bitterness.

Means you cannot run away from the situation, but you must choose your own struggle to reboot your normality.

Mythologically, spiritually universal law is - nothing is constant or permanent, just like phases of life. But what are the few key parameters which make us comfortable to sail conflict phases:

-   Remember not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.

If it’s destiny, accept it with courage and faith in divine power. Stay focused, with patience. Life has its own plans for everyone.

-   Lessons in life will be repeated until they are learned:

Have you ever observed our past failures become keys to our present situations? Hence the phrase – Failure is the key to success.

Example: we all went to school, college or for job interviews. In exams or interviews, the majority always get stuck into the sections where we know we are weak. Or with failure we learn about our weaknesses. This cycle keeps repeating until we learn to cross those obstacles. But when you learn from your past and crack those questions you will notice new questions arising where you feel difficulty.

That's the way we can sail in conflict or contradicting phases. Acceptance and learning through failures is the key.

-   Trust the timing of your life:

Life is all about timing, if you can’t wai t for the right time for everything, you may give up soon.

Both good and bad, it will all happen at the right time, for a reason. Your goal is to take the necessary measures to resolve it.
