A disruption is reported in the communication lines by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) in many areas of KP because of the heavy flood across the country. People are facing difficulties communicating with each other. The optical fibre cables are damaged due to which services are cut off. They are trying to restore and fix them. In Dir, Chitral, Donbala, Swat, Mardan, Lal Qila Samarbaghdir, Tank, and Dera Ismail Khan the services have been affected. Work has started and services will be restored.
