Eid-ul-Fitr, also known as the "Festival of Breaking the Fast", is here in mid-May. This is also a gift after a long month of fasting, with salah and festivities. The day starts with the Salah which is attended by the members of the family, the Women prepare the sweets to celebrate the festival. This Eid, let us check up on the neighbors and close friends who are unable to spend on themselves, or who are depressed. Let us be there for the people and share our happiness with them. The major objective of this festival is to end the prejudices and to be closer to one another and spread positivity. Furthermore, Eid is a brilliant way to educate our children about the Islamic values of brotherhood, social harmony, and peace. Eid-ul-Fitr is not only a festival that people celebrate but it's a reminder that when you follow Allah and do the good deeds, He rewards you with the best days. So, be grateful, grab more Eidi, have more sweet, and spend time with your family. Also, don’t forget that pandemic is not over yet; follow SOPs and try to avoid unnecessary physical contact with other people.
